What is the Willamette Promise Dual Credit Program?

The Willamette Promise dual credit program, in partnership with Western Oregon University and Oregon Institute of Technology, offers high school students the opportunity to earn college credits in their high school classrooms.

Willamette Promise offers 37 dual credit classes across various subjects. Students can delve into college-level coursework, preparing them for their journeys after high school.

This innovative initiative saves students time and money by allowing them to complete college courses at a reduced cost and fosters essential skills such as time management and academic readiness.

The Willamette Promise wants to ensure that students see the connection to their future in each classroom and every experience. Our goal is that all students will understand their options and have the skills and knowledge to make independent and informed decisions to support their future. We are here to support them as they work toward their future goals.
